What We Manage

Applicability

  1. Producer- Manufacturing of plastic packaging and third-party contract manufacturers
  2. Importer- Imports plastic packaging, raw materials or any commodity with plastic packaging
  3. Brand Owner- Selling any commodity under a registered brand label or trade mark (Micro and Small enterprises are exempted)
  4. Plastic Waste Processor engaged in recycling, waste to energy, waste to oil, and industrial composting
  5. Manufacturer or Importer of plastic raw material
  6. Seller- of plastic raw material (resins/ pellets/ intermediate material used for producing plastic packaging)

E-Waste

Applicability

  1. Manufacturer- Manufacturer of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE)
  2. Producer-
    • Manufacture/ seller of EEE and their components/ parts/ spares under its own brand
    • Offers to sell under its own brand, assembled EEE and their components/ spares produced by other manufacturers or suppliers
    • Offers to sell imported EEE and their components/ spares
    • Imports used EEE.
  3. Refurbisher- Repairing or assembling and selling EEEs.
  4. Recycler- Recycling and reprocessing or assemblies EEE or their components/ parts for recovery
